As an Architect-Led Design-Build firm, we provide a single source of responsibility for the design, engineering and construction of buildings. Typically, an owner hires an architect to draw a building and a contractor to oversee the subcontractors that will build the building. This separation is adverse for the quality and cost of building. Owners lose out.
Architect-Led Design-Build is a streamlined and agile process in which the same people are responsible for an entire building project. Our architects work side-by-side with our construction managers and estimators, meaning feedback between method of construction and design is fluid and responsive. Priorities between design, cost and schedule are clear. Creativity is responsible. Changes are minimized.
BIM/3D Model
Building Information Modeling (BIM) enables Verdi and its design professionals to generate digital three-dimensional plans which we use to coordinate various physical aspects of the design to support decision making and optimize schedules.
Relationships built on trust, honesty and transparency allow Verdi and its clients to develop customized projects in a timely fashion. As the Single Source, Verdi is 100% accountable for all design, engineering and construction.
